Renault Trucks Start & Drive

​Commercial Vehicle Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Contract

Renault Trucks Start & Drive is a comprehensive package of Aftermarket solutions, adapted to suit all kinds of customer operations. It is available as six packages, depending upon the type of cover needed – this means you can offer your customer cover throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and European Union (dependent on the options chosen), giving him peace of mind wherever he is.

These packages are available only for Renault Trucks vehicles, and only from Renault Trucks dealers.

THE SIX CORE LEVELS OF COVER AVAILABLE ARE:

Reference includes all the truck’s scheduled preventative servicing for the duration of the contract.

Excellence is the most comprehensive cover and includes all service and repairs, including wear and tear items.

Performance Maxi includes preventative and driveline maintenance including some repairs

Performance Standard covers preventative and driveline maintenance

Secure Maxi is an additional 12 months assurance, including an annual safety inspection

Secure Standard includes annual safety inspection, driveline cover and roadside assistance.
This covers parts and labour and Special Services at frequencies specified within individual Renault Trucks Start & Drive Packages.

 

For  Renault  Start &  Drive  Excellence contracts only, the contract also covers all normal repairs,  but excluding   items specified in “Terms, Conditions and Obligations”, such as accident damage and its consequences.

SAFETY INSPECTIONS

Although the period between safety inspections can vary with the type of operation, the standard package assumes 13 weekly. Where there are specific customer requirements in terms of a different safety inspection interval, these must be priced on a case by case basis.
